Our Approach

Xareni Consulting offers a unique approach that combines coaching, facilitation and mind body practice.

We believe that all individuals and organizations have what it takes to tap into cellular wisdom and develop the capacity to become more visionary, strategic and impactful.

Becoming strategic via deep inquiry

Asking the appropriate questions to become strategic and purposeful is our aim.  We use the uncomfortable, the uncertain and the unclear as places for exploration and, in turn, use this fertile ground to determine the next steps for reaching goals. We encourage deep self-inquiry to help develop a sense of perception so that a muscle is built that will outlast any written plan.  With thought partnership, coaching and deep breathing, our strategic thinking muscles will grow, our intuitions ignite and we become more fine-tuned, intentional and purposeful  in all we do. 

The needed conversation for wisdom to emerge

We believe that in every person and team there is cellular intuitive wisdom and creative solutions waiting to be shared.  We work towards supporting the organic emergence of individual and collective wisdom  through fostering conversations, team joy, play, inquiry, and collaborative knowledge sharing.  To spark alignment and acceleration, we tap into the wisdom of the collective through a grounded  facilitation style so that what we set out to do is guided by collaboration, co-creation and the interdependent will to make the shared goal a reality.  Prepare to not only develop a common ground for growth and impact but to also grow as a team and as individuals. 

Trusting Our Intuitive Embodied Knowledge

Our bodies hold wisdom. Without our conscious awareness instructing our bodies to keep us alive our bodies perform miracles every single day simply by existing.  We believe that this simple act is filled with ancestral wisdom and that we should tap into it to determine our work in this life.  We use breath work, forward stance – a gentle form of tai chi- , meditation, journaling and various other  techniques to bring us into our bodies and bring out the knowledge that needs to be voiced.  When we do this work in teams and organizations we bring forth a collective awareness, team alignment and an embodied praxis that guides us through all that we’ve set out to do.
